Unlike most consulting firms, Finegan & Company works exclusively on-site with its clients, and therefore maintains little back-office staff or support. Projects span four-to-six months or longer. You must therefore be prepared to travel.
Compensation at Finegan & Company is competitive with, or superior to, compensation at the major strategy consulting firms. As with our clients, we are committed to pay-for-performance. Annual bonuses between even first-year employees can vary widely from zero to an integer multiple of base salary.
